Drew Pearson

Before Drew Pearson was making hats, he was making history. As a wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys from 1973 to 1983, Pearson earned the nickname "Mr. Clutch" for a career defined by game-winning moments — none bigger than the original Hail Mary reception from Roger Staubach in the 1975 playoffs, one of the most iconic plays in NFL history. He was a three-time All-Pro selection, helped the Cowboys to three Super Bowl appearances, and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021 after a 38-year wait.

In 1985, Pearson launched the Drew Pearson Company out of his kitchen with a simple plan: create the perfect hat — comfortable, stylish, and built to last. What followed was one of the more remarkable post-playing careers in sports history. The company grew to hold licenses with the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL, as well as major entertainment brands including Disney, Warner Bros., and LucasFilm. Drew Pearson Enterprises was recognized as Black Enterprise Magazine's Company of the Year in 1994.

The vintage snapbacks from Drew Pearson's early run are exactly what you'd expect from a man who prided himself on doing things right — clean construction, bold embroidery, officially licensed across every major league. Finding one with the Drew Pearson tag is finding a piece of that era, made by someone who understood what it meant to represent a team.
